Notes to the rental rates
Deposit: £150 per week to confirm reservation with balance due in full 8 weeks before arrival. Refundable security deposit of £200 required in the form of a personal cheque. Discounts are available for late bookings and stays over 3 weeks. Minimum stay: 7 nights.
